Research is critical in helping us understand how chromosome 18 abnormalities affect both children and adults.  In addition, our educational programs, such as our Annual Conference, help to educate parents, physicians, and the general public about chromosome 18 abnormalities.   We depend on our members as well as the general public to help us raise the funds necessary to complete our mission:

Every one of the dollars sent to The Chromosome 18 Registry & Research Society is felt and makes a difference. We don't have a fancy office building or big payroll. Your dollars go right to work on our mission.  We may not be a huge foundation with a million dollar budget, but 97% of what we raise is spent on our educational and research programs.
