**Please note that all children must be registered in Childcare in order to participate in the Children's Activities.  The Childcare fee is included in your registration fee.**

We have arranged for Corporate Kids Events, Inc. to provide childcare for the children.  Corporate Kids Events (CKE) Program designs a creative and custom schedule of events.  Before, during and after the events, safety is their primary concern.  The safety program includes the use of ID bracelet, secure sign-in and sign-out procedures and a digital photo security system.  CKE provides themed events for each day.  Last year's conference in San Antonio was the first year that the Registry used CKE and we are very excited to be providing it again this year.  Please note:  we cannot provide one-on-one childcare or nursing care.  You are required to be in the speakers’ facility if your child is in daycare!  Daycare is not intended for parents who are enjoying leisure activities.  Registration must be paid for each child who eats conference food, even once, and/or goes to childcare, even once.  This includes affected children/adults.  For example, if you bring a baby or toddler who stays with you at all times and does not eat any conference-provided food, then you do not need to pay the registration fee for that baby/toddler.

The Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa also has a bowling center, food court, and Regal Movie Theaters on-site. 

Children will also have the option to participate in Kids Quest.  This is a large play structure including tunnels, slides, and more!  In order for children to to play in the Kids Quest, they MUST have a current shot record (immunizations) on file.  You can send them to Anita, one of the conference co-chairs, who will keep them in a folder until you arrive for the conference.  They will be given back to you at registration.  You can choose whichever method is easiest for you:
